Kid in Coolidge Park Fountains (POTD)
Photo of the Day:
This kid was playing 'stomp the water jets' in the fountains at Coolidge Park. The photo was taken around 5:30pm with the sun in the background, so it's the strong backlighting that really makes the individual water droplets stand out.
There are always some great shot opportunities around there, but the trick is to avoid giving off the 'creepy guy with a camera taking pictures of other people's kids' vibe.

I don't know if this makes sense, but I like the picture because there's a lot of "weight" to it... Nice, thick, rich colors and you can feel that kid stomping on the ground. Nice.
